PH Day UK is run by the Pulmonary Hypertension Association UK (PHA UK), registered charity 1120756. PHA UK is responsible for the personal information you share with the campaign. This page explains what happens on this website and how to contact the team about your information.

Visiting this website
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver pages and protect the service. This is separate from optional visitor analytics. The microsite does not run advertising trackers or session replay.
Contact, orders and participation
PHA UK receives the details you send by email or WhatsApp. Where an online campaign form is available, your answers pass through this website to PHA UK’s form system on phauk.org. The microsite does not keep a separate database of form submissions. Moving information to another PHA UK system does not remove PHA UK’s responsibility for it.
The team uses contact details and messages to respond to enquiries, postal details to fulfil kit requests, participation details to support Footsteps for PHighters, and MP reports to understand campaign participation. The One Word invitation is for contributions to the campaign film. Please provide only the information needed for your request.
Photographs, videos and health information
The One Word film is intended for public sharing. Before sending a photograph or video, ask the team where it will appear and discuss any restrictions you want to place on its use. A contribution may reveal information about your health. Do not include another person’s private health details.
Only send material you have permission to share. Anyone identifiable should understand the intended use and agree to it. If a child appears, contact the team first to discuss permission from a parent or guardian and the child’s wishes. Sending a file is not a substitute for agreeing its publication permissions.
To discuss permission, withdraw consent or request removal, email phday@phauk.org. Tell the team which contribution you mean. If material has already been shared publicly, copies made by other people may remain outside PHA UK’s control.
The Together Wall and MP letter
The Together Wall is a demonstration on your device. Your name, optional message and photo stay in the current page; adding a brick does not upload or publish them. The MP letter’s editable details also stay in your browser until you copy the letter or open it in your email app. Refreshing or closing the page clears these previews. A message you actually send is handled by your email provider and its recipient.
Cookies and optional analytics
Optional Vercel Web Analytics is off unless you enable it below. If enabled, it measures page visits and campaign actions, such as downloads and video plays, to help improve the website. Technical information includes browser and device type, approximate location and referrer. Form answers, letter text, names and photographs are not included in our custom analytics events.

You can change this choice here at any time using the “Privacy choices” link in the footer. Changing it reloads this page. Your choice is stored on this device using local storage, only to remember your privacy preference. It does not control YouTube or external websites.
Watching YouTube videos
Video previews are hosted on this website. YouTube is not contacted until you press play. Playing a video connects to Google’s YouTube service, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or device storage. The player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. You can stop and remove the player using the button below it.
Leaving this website
Following links to Parliament, shops, fundraising services or social platforms takes you to services with their own privacy information. WhatsApp and your email provider also process information when you use them to contact PHA UK. See the YouTube section above for embedded videos.
Your choices, rights and questions
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, ask for corrections or deletion, restrict or object to its use, and request a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal. Contact PHA UK using the address below to discuss your request.
