Information you email or submit to PHA UK may be kept in its email, messaging or form systems, even though this microsite has no separate submissions database.

Campaign enquiries and submissions
For information about how long PHA UK keeps a particular enquiry, order, photograph, video or form submission, contact phday@phauk.org. You can also ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. This page does not promise a deletion date for records held in PHA UK’s other systems.
Information on your device
The Together Wall preview and the editable MP letter stay in the current page in your browser. They are not saved as submissions and are lost when the page is refreshed or closed. A letter that you copy or send, or a photo that you already hold, can remain in your own files, clipboard or email app.
Hosting and optional analytics
Technical hosting records and any analytics you enable are processed by Vercel. These have separate retention arrangements from campaign submissions. Your analytics preference is kept in this browser until you change it or clear the website’s stored data.
